When you don’t need 911, 910 RapidCare is here to help! Our experienced team understands that injuries and illnesses can happen at anytime, and we are here to provide you with quality and compassionate health care you can trust when you need it most.
910 RapidCare, a service of Salem Regional Medical Center, is equipped to handle non life-threatening illnesses or injuries – ranging from sore throats to cuts that may need stitches – in an urgent care setting. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are welcome.
George Ellis Jr., M.D. leads our experienced staff with over 30 years of emergency room and internal medicine experience. We provide compassionate, affordable, fast and convenient medical care for patients ages 3 and up in an urgent care setting. We can supplement medical care from your primary care physician, as well as provide a quicker, less expensive alternative to emergency room visits for minor, acute illnesses and injuries.
We accept many health insurance plans. Click Here for a list of accepted plans at Salem Regional Medical Center and our affiliated outreach offices.

Those with non-emergent flu or respiratory symptoms can visit SRMC Immediate Care to be evaluated by a provider, who will determine if flu and/or COVID-19 testing is needed after the evaluation. SRMC Immediate Care only provides COVID-19 testing to patients after they have been evaluated by the on-site provider during an exam. Test results are typically available within 24hours.
